What is the reason for bubbles in the DTF pattern during transfer?

When you devote yourself to the hardships of DTF pattern transfer, have you ever encountered a series of troublesome bubble problems? Perhaps you're struggling to complete the transfer process and encountering something frustrating, like the stamp doesn't turn out as well as you expected or annoying air bubbles appear. Don’t lose heart; let’s dig deep together and find solutions to these problems!

First, let’s focus on temperature control during the transfer process. In DTF pattern transfer, temperature control is of the utmost importance. Excessively high temperatures may cause damage to the heat image and the formation of bubbles, while insufficiently low temperatures may result in an inadequate viscosity of the hot stamping film, affecting the transfer effect. Therefore, it is crucial to ensure that the temperature is controlled within an appropriate range during the transfer process. The temperature should be maintained at around 120 degrees Celsius.

Secondly, we will consider the issue of hot stamping pressure. While most machines do not have a dedicated pressure indicator, the correct amount of pressure is crucial for a successful transfer. Excessive pressure may damage the texture of the material, while insufficient pressure may result in weak printing. Therefore, it is of the utmost importance to maintain moderate pressure when transferring DTF patterns.

Finally, we will address the issue of transfer time. It is also crucial to accurately control the transfer time. Normally, we recommend controlling the transfer time to approximately five seconds. If the time is too short, the hot stamping will be weak, while if the time is too long, bubbles will easily occur. Therefore, when transferring DTF patterns, it is important to accurately grasp the transfer time to ensure the best results.

In conclusion, the key to resolving the bubble issue in DTF pattern transfer is to master the three elements of temperature, pressure, and time. It is important to avoid any issues with bubbles during the transfer process. Trust your abilities. Through continued experimentation and adjustments, you will be able to effectively address this issue and achieve optimal transfer results.
