1.The environment is dry, which is prone to static electricity.

During the printing process, static electricity is high, which affects the printing effect. It is recommended to increase the room temperature and increase the humidity.

Solutions：

a. If it is made of PVC, acrylic and other materials, clean the material with alcohol and take away static electricity before printing.

b. Clean the carriage bottom plate and ion bar.

c. Check the ground wire to ensure good contact, 1.5 meters into the soil has a good effect. Add an extra ground wire and connect a bucket of high-concentration salt water to the ground wire.

d. Clean the lint around the carriage bottom plate and the dust on the machine.

2.As the temperature drops, the firmness of the material adhesion weakens.

It is recommended to increase the indoor temperature.

Solutions:

a. Check that there is enough antifreeze in the water tank.

b. Clean the uv lamp glass with alcohol.

c. Increase the lamp power.

e. Coating is recommended to ensure fastness. Apply acrylic coating on acrylic, crust sheet, aluminum-plastic panel, and metal coating on metal and glass.

In addition, pay attention to the lifting screw, x guide rail, y guide rail, y screw, and clean them. Apply lubricating oil or grease evenly.
