Without the manufacturer’s UV ink, the print head and ink path appear. System failure is not covered by the warranty. ” The other one is from the customer side “Can I not use your UV ink? The price is more expensive, so if there is a problem in the later stage, please pay your to solve it.”
In fact, both of these concepts are okay. The key is to look at the customers themselves, and which cooperation method to choose is more economically beneficial to them. As we all know, the price of UV inks on the market is from 100 RMB to 500 RMB per liter. Of course, more expensive spot color UV inks are also available for more than 1,000 RMB. Then, let ’s analyze and replace the cheaper UV inks. Conditions to be met:
1. After replacing the cheaper UV ink, it can meet the printing effect requirements of the material (color, adhesion, stretchability, etc.);
2. After the cheaper UV ink is replaced, it will not affect the curing of the UV-LED lamp and avoid problems such as incomplete pattern drying.
3. After replacing the cheaper UV ink, there will be no chemical reaction with the pre-press coating or post-print varnish process, causing dissolution, foaming and other phenomena;
4. Before replacing the cheaper UV ink, calculate your own ink consumption. If the order amount of consumables for 3-4 months is different from the original UV ink price, you can buy a new nozzle, then you can change it;
5. Before replacing the cheaper UV ink, use up the original UV ink as much as possible, and replace it with a new ink system, and clean the print head;
