The graininess of white ink in uv flatbed printers is usually caused by two reasons: the quality problem of white uv ink itself, and the problem of curve. The solution is as follows:
1. the quality problem of white uv ink
Compared with other pigment inks,the corresponding precipitation and ink impurities are larger due to the addition of titanium dioxide, If the white uv ink used is of poor quality, on the one hand, it will accelerate the clogging process of the nozzle and shorten its service life. On the other hand, there will be large graininess and ink breakage during the printing process. This requires contacting the manufacturer to replace the higher quality uv ink.
2. The problem of curve
When the situation where the white ink has a large sense of grain appears, the general curve uses a large-point printing curve. You can contact the manufacturer to send a small print curve, which can be solved after replacement.
It should be noted that if the uv flatbed printer used has an ink stirring function, it can be turned on for 5 minutes before printing starts. If there is no stirring function, need to manually stirs.
