1.The ink side of the printhead is very fragile, with no bumps or scratches, and needs to be protected. The surface of the printhead is a metal sheet, and the inner layer is coated with crystal oscillators and small ink tubes.
2.When the equipping the head, the first thing is to cut off, and the equipment is in place.After equipping, quietly push the uv tablet printer front, and quietly move to the left and right, to check whether it is suitable.
3.Do not open the ink when connecting to the plug cable.We need to ensure good contact with the socket, otherwise it will constitute a short circuit of the nozzle.
4.Please ensure that the guide track is smooth.You can use a tissue to stick some grease to scrub, but you can’t go directly to the shaft, because the rest of the oil flows to the nozzle, damaging the head.
5.After the machinery and circuit are correct, we have to check the ink.First, see if the ink in the cartridge is sufficient; second, see if the cleaning scraper and suction pump are dirty.
6.When a new printhead is installed, it has air in it, so it doesn’t work well immediately.We just need to release the air in our head to make a normal line.
