2.Large color deviation

c. Failure reason: software setting error. Solution: Reset the software parameters according to the standard.
3.The edges of the picture are blurred and flying ink
a. Failure reason: The picture pixel is low. Solution: Picture DPI300 or above, especially for printing 4PT small font, need to increase DPI to 1200
b. Cause: The distance between the print head and the print is too far. Solution: Keep the print close to the print head and maintain a distance of about 2 mm;
c. Cause of failure: There is static electricity in the material or machine. Solution: Connect the ground wire of the machine shell and rub the surface of the material with alcohol to eliminate the static electricity of the material. Use an electrostatic processor to remove static electricity from the surface.
